Emma Beckley, Community Relations Coordinator
Emma Beckley is a dedicated community relations manager with a passion for supporting rural libraries and empowering underserved communities. Drawing from her strong background in social work and advocacy, Emma leverages her experience at Cocoon House—where she assisted at-risk and unhoused youth—to foster meaningful connections and provide vital resources to libraries across her local area. Emma holds a degree in Art History from the University of Washington and brings extensive expertise in graphic design, event planning, and resource development to her role. She is deeply committed to bridging the gap between rural libraries and essential services while honoring the rich histories and vibrant cultures of the communities they serve.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys designing freelance creative projects, exploring video games, hiking scenic trails, and listening to fantasy audiobooks. She finds inspiration in the resilience of small communities and their indispensable role as hubs of learning and connection.
