Rekha has extensive experience in libraries successfully leading diverse work teams and projects.  She specializes in the areas of community engagement and outreach, programming, social media, youth services, mobile services and management. Her passions lie in making library services radically equitable via meaningful community partnerships, as well as in empowering library staff to be forward-thinking and inventive at all levels of their work.

Rekha has worked for many years in various library environments small to large. Her particular expertise lies in envisioning progressive library services “big picture” and then making them a reality on the ground. Her range of experience makes her an asset in providing finely tuned project management.

When not working for libraries, Rekha loves consuming art and all manner of pop culture, and will gladly talk with you at length about your favorite tv show obsession.
